Ninja 250 With Problems. After leaving Kawasaki dealer today my bike started tripping out on me. It started to boogle, amd after 5 rpm it would give me power then deny it, i would have to open the throttle more than usual to get some kind of power. From a stand still launching the bike in first, the bike would barely pick up slowly.

Its Kawasaki ninja 250 2009 I needed to sync my carburetor and do some stuff on the inside of the bike so i had to take the gas tank off and now that im trying to reattach everything there is a tube right in the middle of the carburetor that I don't know where it goes I drew red arrow on the tube which im talking about I took a few pictures
